Kingdomway Health Sciences Acquires National Vitamin Company
Tustin, CALIF. (February 2, 2026) – Kingdomway Health Sciences, a subsidiary of Kingdomway USA Corp., announced today that it has acquired the National Vitamin Company, Contract Dietary Supplement Manufacturer and Manufacturer of Nature’s Blend brand supplements. This strategic move aligns with Kingdomway’s growth initiatives and further expands the Kingdomway’s retail and manufacturing footprint, making it the first acquisition within the newly formed Kingdomway Health Sciences portfolio.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for Kingdomway and National Vitamin Company, which will be known as Kingdomway Health Sciences moving forward. Kingdomway Health Sciences will lead the Nature’s Blend brand and NVC manufacturing – preserving the core values, quality standards, and operational foundation.
Exciting news for current NVC customers: Kingdomway Health Sciences is investing substantially to strengthen the Casa Grande facility and modernize equipment, with the goal of enhancing service levels and driving greater operational efficiencies. The manufacturing and operational footprint will remain at the 316,000-square-foot, FDA-registered facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Casa Grande facility and its workforce are integral to the company’s success, and there are currently no plans to relocate day-to-day operations following the acquisition.
As part of the transition, Jeff Stallings has been appointed President of Kingdomway Health Sciences. He brings a deep commitment to the company’s mission, culture, and people, and will build upon the strong foundation already in place with a clear focus on strengthening customer service and optimizing distribution.
